Currently we are looking for an experi­enced full-cycle Recruiter who will lead and coordinate our worldwide recruit­ment activities for our offices at Germany, UK, USA, Costa Rica, South Africa and India.

You will be our recruiting and talent acquisition expertrespon­sible for the full end-to-end recruitment process and our employer branding initiatives and programmes. Here, you can bring in your digital affinity and experience in social media. Providing an out­standing candidate experi­ence and building trust­ful relation­ships with hiring managers and the works council is key for in this role.

It is your passion to inspire people for the exciting field of FAIRTRADE certi­fication to find the best new colleagues for FLOCERT around the globe.


  • Manage and coordinate the entire recruiting process for all hier­archies from the job posting to the contract signing. Build trust­ful relation­ships with hiring managers and the German works council
  • Develop and implement adequate recruiting, digital sourcing and partner­ship strate­gies across all regions. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Design and drive consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a unique candidate experience
  • Manage and develop our HR employer branding initiatives, programmes and HR website presence to increase our reach and visibility in the relevant job markets
  • Support and work closely with the HR team in the areas of staff onboarding and development
  • Run or collaborate in assigned HR projects or special tasks


  • Strong team player with great inter­personal skills in dealing with people from different cultures
  • Multiple years of experience in recruit­ment on all working levels – from trainee to specialist to managerial positions
  • Strong customer and service orien­tation, together with influential nature and goal-orientation
  • Pro-active, independent and flexible work approach
  • Fluency in English and German
  • University degree education in a relevant subject or equi­valent professional education
  • Good knowledge of the German labor law, in particular works consti­tution act
  • Digital affinity and experience in sourcing techniques, tools and social networks, e.g. ‚LinkedIn‘
  • Experience with the HR Software ‚Rexx Systems‘ is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Motivation for Fairtrade
